Your order will be processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed on holidays or weekends be processed the next business day. Please note that orders with are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Thank you for your understanding!

return & exchange policy

At MichelleDinetBeauty.com, we want to ensure that you are fully informed our return

policy. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept

returns or exchanges. Please note that product shades may vary based on individual

skin tones and browser settings. However, if you receive the wrong product, we are happy to assist you in getting the item—just send us photo of the incorrect product at customerservice@michelledinetbeauty.com. Thank you for your understanding!

Order Status

You will received an email updating you on your order status. If there are any questions concerning your order, please email us at customerservice@michelledinetbeauty.com

To Track your order

Click on the tracking number link next to the order to view the delivery status of your order. Some carriers may not have tracking information available for the 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package.

1. Check for notice of attempted delivery.

2. Check with neighbors and family members.

3. Look around the delivery location.

4. Contact the carrier.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us by email, customerservice@michelledinetbeauty.com within an hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled.

Orders are canceled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you have questions about a canceled order, please contact our customer services experts via email.
